Felt like total shit today, probably from not getting enough sleep the past few nights...plus I started eating a bunch more lately in attempt to put more size on. Was already getting 4-5k daily, then I decided to load up on more carbs...lots of oatmeal, cereal, bagels, English muffins a couple times a day on top of my other meals...I think all the extra fiber is making my gut angry, been on the shitter all freakin day.lol Still went and did wheels...squats, leg presses, extensions, leg curls, calf work.
