so you pretty much do arms 3 or 4 days a week.....????
My routine has varied but the base lately is
Arms delts
Chest,shoulder pressing moves,calves
Back,traps
Rest
Legs,calves
Rest
Chest shoulders Tris calves
Back traps bis
Legs calves
Rest
Keep.in mind I decide in the gym and day to day what I'm feeling so the routine varies
Today was chest,delts,Tris the work outs have been good lately but I feel I'm putting on some fat and minimal muscle
