Sterilization of stoppers and vials

I’ve been having problems with my compounds and lumping/pain, mainly test cyp and 200mg/ml, all my previous batches I don’t even know where Ive pinned, last few batches have been from a different supplier raws from PM but it hurts like shit, so I’m thinking it could be a sterilization issue.

How you guys doing your stoppers and vials?

I wish I had an answer to your question.
Have to admit, I'm a bad one to go by. I don't sterilize anything ever. Know I should.
