PASS OUT/FAINT from Glute injection?

Ive been in the game on n off for 20 yrs, and never had this happen, but has any1 ever passed out cold immediately after a glute injection in the left cheek? The dude dropped to a squat position rite after, then fell backwards out cold, for a minute,stood up, and fell back out again for 30 secs. I never heard of this happening. Was it a intravenous shot? Or what ya think???

Did he go to low and hit his sciatic nerve? That shit would literally send electrical like shocks throughout.. And passing out could happen due to the severe pain.

Just passed out from "pain" more than likely. I have seen it happen before in medical settings

He just fainted. I’ve seen that with a few big dudes who had little more than a paper cut. Eyes just lose focus, roll back a little, they start wobbling then out cold they go. Totally fine afterwards.
