Exactly, the history has been they make threats and are rewarded with talks and aid. Cut them off completely and let them crumble.

I remember when I was over in Iraq, and we traveled all around the Al Anbar province day after day (Fallujah and Ramadi areas). Our military leveled everything in sight in certian areas. After seeing our effect on that damn place, I would hate to see what we could do if we really went all out on an enemy. .
