Re-using is going through skin on one day with a pin, then using it again the next day or so on skin again. Thats the no no. Many take it a step further and dont use the pin they draw with to inject with. Although a great habit if you like changing pins, its not necessary if you keep your vial sterile and your skin cleaned before injecting. Is that clear as mud?

thanks guys for all the info i finally have enough money saved to buy my first cycle and still concerned a little with the injection process. i have been tied up with work real bad for the last week. i think i have the process down but any other suggestions would help
