Black...bro eating is gonna so important, no matter what you have to eat...you cna geta few shakes in durring the day which will give you an extra boost of protein but still getting solid food is gonna be the main focus. Lots of guys find that in order to eat rightt and maintain 5 -7 solid meals a day your gonna have to spend time at the end of each day prep[aring your meals for the next day...personally i like to cook twice a week for the bulk of my meals...I'll cook on Sundays and Wed....make enough chicken and rice two time sa week so i cna pack several meals each day and throw them in a cooler in the morning on the way out the door....there are so many idfferent ways to make sure you get all of your cals in you jsut gotta make it happen.
