Hi all,
Just joined and looking forward to lots of Interactions, Advice and tips.
If I can assist anyone with any credible info I will.
Been training for approx. 3 years now, Started at the age of 25 @99kg and although weight loss was my initial goal, This has now changed somewhat to looking as good as I can.
Currently I am almost 28 and 85.6kg.
I hit the gym approx. 5 - 6 days a week.
Max Bench press is 110kg for 2 reps so far but always looking to improve.
Oh and I don't do legs enough!!!!
