Legion, I tried to read back through the thread and it's all over the place man. What's your measured bf right now, height and weight. No one is trying to disrespect your military service...lord knows I did my time in Al Anbar. But this is about bodyfat reduction. Diet is by far the most important factor in fat reduction, followed by exercise. Drugs come in a far 3rd. I would suggest if your have alot of excess bf..try reducing through diet first and training appropriately. Then, once you can't drop anymore bf, maybe then look at the clen and t3. It's the safest way to attack the issue. Healthiest too. As i write this, im prepping a bag of sweet potatoes in the oven...for work meals this week. This is a marathon, not a sprint. The hardest part is maintaining after your cut...lol
