ya when you have a large chest and neck you can take air in but end up "trapping" it upon exhalation because the weight of tissue crushes your airway...this slowly builds up C02 in your blood and your body wakes you up before u enter REM sleep (where your body becomes paralyzed) because you would suffocate otherwise... this is why sedatives are very dangerous, be careful man a get a friggin cpap stat
