30x bodyweight is for total calories intaken. protein & carbs should be figured out at 3x bodyweight so you would be looking at around 400grams of each, just make sure you stop your carb intake at least 3 hours before bedtime or this high calorie diet will put fat on ya. you want to also try not to eat carbs, protein, & fats in the same meal. make it protein & carbs or protein % fats but not all 3 together. you can also make up a protein drink that has low to no carbs in it and have it ready in the fridge for when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. only needs to be 1 scoop of protein in water or skim milk. this will also help with the gaining.Robin Hood said:mmm...excellent weight...tell me...that 30x your bodyweight you were talking about, is that now 30g Carbs times my weight of 134 = 4020g per day??
