    Need some help folks...

    The competition that I am doing March 16 just got a twist to it. Normally I compete in LW 231 class. There is no 231 class... It's 200-265. I weigh about 235 in the morning. I need to pack on as much weight as possible in next 4.5weeks... What's some ideas?

    5 HOURS. My dad was in the Air Force for 21 years, still works for a AF contractor. My mom would love it if there was nothing but coffee to drink in the world, so I used her favorite coffee mug. And my sister is a hair dresser, so hence the scissors. Still have more color to do.

    Sponsorship

    How would one go about getting a sponsor from a supplement company? Or from anyone for that matter? As y'all know it gets expensive not just for food/supps, but traveling, fees, etc just to compete get expensive. Seems every company I approach is "cutting back" on sponsorships

    I hav recently had to switch my training to mornings (5:30am) because of unpredictable work hours. I've never been a morning person and am having tough time getting "pumped up" to train. What's everyone take pre-workout?
