hey guys so im starting to notice my arms are lacking a bit. I think the problem is my training split,
day1= chest, triceps, abbs
day2= back, traps, biceps, cardio
day3= shoulders, quads, hams, calves
day4=REST DAY (then repeat).
Im not a guy...
