Yeah I haven't been hit on by a fag but I was just kidding with you.


And I am in my fifth year of training. First 2 years were natural. My advice.....you can take all the gear in the world but if you're not squatting (hi rep and heavy), deadlifting, doin pullups and bench pressing you will never get big.

And yes, in that order.
