toasted chickpeas

OK its snack attack healthy Sunday from ibs organic honey.

Oven 350 preheated
Cookie sheet or better yet baking tray with edge
Now im guessin here - I think she used a can of chickpeas and drained well in a colonder..holey bowl..not sure if fresh chickpea available where I'm at.
Put well drained chikpeas in bowl and toss with oil of choice..she used almond oil..evo or walnut be good .like tablespoon amt.
Decide on flavor you like.
Chef used a southwest seasoning this time and toss and coat well..she used no salt variety. Spread flat on tray. Bake till nice and tan.
I never knew a chick pea could be so good..
Almost like a corn nut but won't bust your teeth...ib
