Sorry CT doesn't believe in over training but guess what just about every other real BB'er does- tell Ronnie, Jay, Levrone, etc that there is no such thing as over training.
LOL you`re right.. he said that he had trained his arms everyday for like 2 years straight.... he also said that he wants to compete in the olympia against the guys who take steroids... what a bullshit
