I just got a bottle of Synthetek B-12 and the syntheselen and i am wondering is how does one go about getting the actual liquid out without letting air into the bottle, with the contents possibly getting contaminated? it just has a screw off cap...

You see the rubber stopper on the top of the bottle? You stick the needle through that like through any other rubber stopper.

they have a septum type top,,,like a vial.
