Stomach acid blockers and b12

OK now got my nightly schooling by the nurse on the way from picken her up at work.
New studies out ..People taking acid inhibitors like Protronic. Prevacid AD, and others that if taken continually for 2 years stripps b12 from you body hense some odd health issues..
So you guys on tren and acid blockers get some b12 and get pinning.. thks ib. . Now Its bed time ... chick a chixka bang bang..

Youre right PPIs like prevacid and h2 blockers like pepcid block your stomach from absorbing b12. But, if you take subq, IM, or even sublingual b12 you won't have a b12 deficiency.
