Why is the HGH I received from China combined with IGF-1 and Peg MGF? I understand the IGF-1, but why the MGF? And does this effect the dosing?

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but it came from my "Dear Uncle",
and is described as:

Generic blue top HGH 191aa
Generic IGF 1mg
Generic Peg MGF

This is the description for one product. Am I missing, or mis-interpreting something here?
