Yeah these both are excellent
.I do a version of Diesels for myself on upper body sessions
to protect my repaired rotator cuff a few years back and my strength
has improved daily..thanks ib

Some of those are good-

But to be honest these are exactly what it says "rehab" meaning if you have an "unhealed" injury or a an injury that requires surgery- almost none of these movements are going to help and most likely most of these movements can and will create more muscle guarding and spasms.

I have been dealing with a "transverse humeral ligament tear" on my right shoulder and pretty bad "glenodial humeral ligament tear" on my left side for quite a few years.

I refuse surgery right now and I am doing great, unfortunately I had to learn over years and years that due to complex nature of the shoulder joint complex and the multitude of injuries that can occur each person must take a very dry investigative and unique approach to regaining health and mobility in the joint if avoiding surgery is your goal.

Let me find some videos of another "guru" I really like.
