Is it possible that too much cardio is not good? I'm watching my diet, lost a lot of fat, close to 15lbs but also muscles. I'm doing now cardio 5 times a week. Will be a better solution to reduce the aerobic? I think I'm getting a bit too skinny.
It's up to your goals. Someone will run the whole day will probably have a marathoner sort of look. It might be healthy, although I believe that any activity made in excess it could be harmful.

I daily went for 4 miles jogging and I am regular since last 5 months.
I have lost 35 lbs with regular exercise and diet plan. It's all up to your goals. If you think you are getting skinny why don't you start weight lifting?
