I keep asking what are the real benefits of using sauna as part of your workout regime. Some like lose water weight, relax the muscle?

Any time I ever used a sauna it was for relaxing the muscles.

You're just losing water, which will be replaced as soon as you drink it;)

It is great for a nice detox after a solid workout . Really feels good :)
