Here are some of the benefits listed for this product
I've been taking 1 250mg capsule a day with my creatine
...does anyone else use R-ALA and in what dosages?

R-ALA (R-Alpha Lipoic Acid) is up to 33X stronger then normal ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) and has multifunctional benefits such as:
-Liver cell regeneration
-Liver Detoxification
-Powerfull antioxidant
-Increased insulin sensitivity
-Less fat accumulation

I have been taking R-ALA off & on for a while. Usually take it w/Carbs (~100mg of ALA per 20-30g of carbs) There is a lot of debate on the boards about insulin sensitity claims, personally I like & use but some people I know are not fans-like creatine & other supps you gotta play around & see what works for you-

R-ALA Rage?

damn bro, that gave me a headache too...
but honestly i'm taking it because i have liver paranoia...
so my thinking was R-ALA & Milk Thistle should be good protection...
(if taken with a shot Jack Daniels that is...)
