Are they any powerlifters here that would be willing to share there routine? Im just trying to train for it and have ran Wendlers 5/3/1 and had some good results but seems like I am at a stop right now.
My routine is my own hybrid of other routines and is probably atleast a read. Basically, I took the philosophies from other routines that I liked and threw out the crap that I didn't.
However, if you want other options I like the cube concept as well as Paul Carters routine and concepts :LIFT-RUN-BANG
My stuff was pretty much standard old school poundage cycles with box squats speed triples etc. Things are so much more cutting edge today.
I'm pretty sure Darkside has you covered . What are the targets /goals you are shooting for ? Thanks, T
