So, there's a lot to say in this post in order to paint the breadth of picture of all the issues I have been facing since my last cycle.
I'm 42 and cycled a half dozen or so times. This past one was the first in ten years essentially. I had a bit of lingering gyro from before but nothing horrible. Also, had some pre existing prostate issues. Bph, enlargement.
Before my cycle, I was sleeping, on the best of nights, 5 hrs w/o interruption. Once I started however, that decreased to three hours. Then, as time went on, decreased to 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Additionally, I started getting some itching, and my chest, but I had exemestane on hand and and that handled it fine.
But while I was on cycle things seemed to be going pretty well and felt really good. I did very moderate doses of test prop at 100 mg every other day and anivar at 25 mg a day.
Then, post something happened LOL. My HP TA seemed to rebound quickly, however I felt like crap in the gym. Not the normal post cycle blues, more like achy joints,lots of popping sounds, and all around soreness. My elbow seems fucked on both sides on both arms. Sleeping at night and not moving them even hurts them terribly. I can't lift heavy because of my joint, my shoulder is super weak and sore, and I can't press and even get pumps much anymore. I can't do a chest day and be sore even. And now my Gyno seems worse than ever. Also, I'm pissing like 2 dozen times a day, at least! No joke. Sometimes four times an hour. Additionally, I'm chronically dehydrated due to drinking seriously less water from the prostate issues and feeling even more depleted as a result. This also has a reciprocal effect of binge eating more.
So, in addition to all of these physical ailments, my mental state has plummeted tremendously and it's nearly impossible to get my ass into the gym with any sort of vigor and regularity. I just feel defeated.
One other thing. I get shaky now when I lift. Like my arms. Whether it's pressing or back pulls, I just get shaky. Kinda like when you start lifting for the very first time.
I don't need a motivational speach here. I need some solid analysis by the vets and mods as to a course of action here.
I'm posting some pics of myself so you can discern the gyno. My bf has sky rocketed. The pics are an evolution through my cycle essentially.
