2-3 lb meat choice
1/4 cup med.chili powder
Sea salt./ black pepper
1 tsp circumin
Juice of one lime
I 12oz can rotell dicded tomatoes w/ jalepenos

Put all in slow cooker on high in am
At dinner it will be tender goodness on a flour or corn tortilla

Always can make a cilantro.carrot.red onion in lime juice all julienned up for great flavor
