My first was sust 250mg/wk for 8 weeks. Gained and kept 23lbs and dropped 1%bf.

durabolin 150mg every 3 days
test prop 100mg ever 2 days
If I decide to bump it up slightly I will.

Are you happy with the 250mg, or do you wish you went hire? Maybe 400mg?

I'm glad I didn't go higher because If I did 500mg I might have gained like 4 lbs more with possible side effects so is not worth it imo

Now my second cycle doesn't have to huge either because my first cycle was so small.
