This forum is just full of the same now. 21 year olds not eating enough and thinking gear is the answer when it isn't just eat more. Oh you eat plenty do you... eat more then. Steak, chicken, fish, greek yoghurt, eggs, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, coconut oil, olive oil, walnuts, almonds etc etc.
Meals like...
rump steak, brown rice and broccoli
Chicken, brown pasta, avocado
6 whole eggs cooked in coconut oil and oats
Try having 6 similar meals in a day with intense training 3-4 days per week and if you done weight 30 pounds all more next year your 1 in a million. Seriously just eat lots of balanced nutritious food. You don'tneed gear at 21.
Add gear and you will double your results. Test c or e at 500mg for 12 weeks in perfect.
No nolva during your cycle. No test s fora kickstart. Just test for 12 weeks. No need for adrol but thats upto you. 21 is too young in my books but there you go.
