This is a PCT Protocol I got from a Highly respected nutrtionist, who prepares people for National level shows...His clients all do very well, and are high level competitors..Not allowed to mention his name but he knows his stuff..
Below is a quote from him..although he mentions bromo, Dostinex is better and he agrees with that also..
"I think that it is always important that you do come off from time
to time. You may not need to come off for months at a time, but
you definitely want to give your body a break.
I personally don't like HCG much. I usually recommend that people
take 2-4 weeks with either a really low dose (IE: 200mg of test
only) or nothing for that time. This off period is taken every 6-
12 weeks. 12 weeks would be for a precontest period, and 6-8 weeks
would be in the offseason. If you go on for 6 weeks, you'll only
really need 2 weeks off, but after a 12 week contest cycle, you're
going to want to take the 4 weeks.
I prefer a high dose femara and bromocriptine (or Dostiex) PCT.
Femara is taken every day at 1/2 to 1 tab, and bromocriptine is
taken every day at 2.5mg to 5mg per day.
Femara is a potent anti-estrogen, and bromocriptine is an anti-
prolactinemic. By lowering prolactin levels, you're body will
respond by increasing GH production, LH and FSH production, which
should increase testosterone levels.
Now, after 2 weeks, you're not going to completely restore your
HPTA, but you will help keep your natural test levels somewhat in
check, and most importantly, you give your HDL (good cholesterol) a
chance to climb up, as well as clearing up your blood, letting your
liver regenerate, etc.
Of course, it would be more beneficial to take many months
completely off from gear, but many people won't do this. So, this
protocol will help them keep their own test levels in check, and
their health and organs in check, so when they do finally go off.
The hit to the HPTA will be minimized, and there should be no worry
of health problems.
You shouldn't notice a decrease in size with this protocol. You
may lose a lb or two of water weight, but that will come back the
first few days when you go back on.
Everyone has to make their own decisions about what they do with
their gear. But, should you decide to not take months off at a
time, this should at least help you stay as healthy as possible."
