Parabolin,anavar,test p cycle

Hello,I am 55yrs,5'9 (shrinking),192 lbs,10% bf.I have been working hard.Full body eod.I have done 4 cycles.Am currently taking sust alone(300 mg, every 4 days).I want to start using Balk parabolin,anavar and test p.Anyone have suggestions on doses and frequency?I have arimidex,hcg,clomid nolvidex.also have more sust and wondered if staying on and skipping test p would be better?
