Hey everyone just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself
I'm about to be 25
Been lifting for 7 years.
I'm 5'10"
Started at 135lbs got up to 206 at roughly 10% last year.
After blood poisoning and a hip surgery I dropped to dropped back down to 170.
Been cleared to lift for about a month except for legs I still can only do body weight squats.
Cycle history.
2 cycles. Last one about 18 months ago the previous was about 2 years ago.
First was low dose test and dbol
Second was 600 test 400 deca
Adrol kickstarter.
Current goal. Get back on track with diet and lifting. And get back up to about 190 before running my next cycle.
Overall goals get up to 225lbs at 5-10%bf
And compete. Been working a long time for the stage but have yet to get to where I feel comfortable.
I look forward to being a productive member of this forum.
