Hi

I'm Sean, 30 years old, 5.6 ft tall and weighing 180 pounds. I started training about 4 years ago (weighed 155 pounds then); started being serious about my diet about a year ago. Initially I gained pretty quickly, just using protein powder, creatine etc and strength improved as well. I am not fortunate enough to train more than 2 days a week but I train hard and heavy. I look bloated and fat and I want to be muscular(big), hard and fit at the same time. I tried prohormones (19-nor) a long time ago, and boy did they work for me. Just hope to gain enough knowledge and advice as possible. thanks
