All - I have a long history of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I started at 16 and I am 50 as of January. I did 4 cycles in my late 20s and had great gains. Between 35-45 it was on and off workouts. At 46 I realized a huge change, felt like shit, muscle loss, etc. got a blood test and my test was low 200 free test 7. Now back on maintenance test working out feeling good plus adding a few extras to get back what I lost.
Great to be here!
I don't know everyone yet, am I the oldest?
