Hello all, I'm 30 yrs old and i guess i'm still a noob when it comes to all of this, but i have done a couple of cycles before. I may have some VERY NOOB questions but i hope to learn fast (mainly so i dont hurt myself!!) So nice to be a part of the board and look forward to getting some questions answered.
