Let's try this again! I would like to say hello to everyone, I am new to all of this but I love working out and being very active. I have played sports all my life and have done weights as well. I have recently wanted to get more serious about weight lifting which has brought me here. I am looking forward to reading a lot of using information and getting a lot of other information from some bodybuilders. Sorry for "Hijacking" someones else post.
