Ok, this is my first post, but I have been reading these forums for months and have probably read every post twice. I need to lose some fat without losing any muscle, and specifically from my chest and stomach. The rest of my body is actually pretty cut up except for these stubborn areas.
I am 5'11, 185, and don't know my bf%. I just recently got off my first cycle:
Test 500mg/week 11weeks
Deca 400mg/week 10 weeks
It was a great cycle, let's just say I weighed 165 3 months ago. Now I need to cut up.
I guess I have a few questions:
1. Does Thiomucase work, or is it a waste of money?
2. Shoud I alternate clen and ECA two weeks each?
3. Or should I use a cutting cycle? Winny,Prop,Tren,Primo
Also what combination of diet and excercise is best. Obviously a crapload of cardio. I am currently on PCT of nolva and clomid.
Any input would be appreciated........
