Need Avatar Advice?

I Can,t Seem To Get Pic In Avatar,can Someone Give This Dummie Some Help!!
I Want To Put A Pic Of Weightpull Comp Picture!!
How Do I Get Small Enough And Load,etc!!
I Appreciate Help With This!!!

check you pm

copy the picture into microsoft office picture manager.
then click on the edit picture button on the task bar.
then on the right click resize.
then type in the dimesions in the boxes. (has to be under 150X150)
then you should be done.
save it and upload it onto your avatar
