Just wanted to post my recent cycle results:
42 yo. Lifting for 26 years.
Started at 195 @ 12%bf. Ended at 217@14%bf.
Ran test prop at 100mgs eod for 3 mos. also ran anavar for 6 weeks at 25mgs a day before workout.
So, gained 22lbs. Great strength gains. Not the cleanest diet, but not terrible. Battled a few injuries. All in all, not too shabby imo.
