Milk also contains sugar but is less estrogenic than soy milk. Personally, I drink unsweetened almond milk with vanilla flavor. I love skim milk but just not sure about all that sugar.

Milk is a nutritional diet which has a number of benefits for our health and fitness.
It is a good source of the calcium, protein, and vitamins.
It plays an important role in body growth, it builds the muscles, and keeps our bones and teeth stronger.

Personally I'm not a fan of milk or most dairy products. They tend to bloat me and I try to avoid the sugar that they contain. There is no other mammal that drinks milk as an adult, and I don't feel that it's something that is necessary in our diets either. To each his own though, I know plenty of people that rely on it as a part of their nutrition plan. Coconut and almond milk are better choices for me.

I was told by the doctor the other day that I should either switch to coconut, almond or soy milk or to cut milk out all together. She said that studies show that men who drink 2 cups of milk a day are more prone to prostate cancer then those that do not drink milk or less then 2 cups a day.

I'll quote Arnold, "Milk is for babies."

I drink unsweetened almond milk as I don't like a lot of dairy in my diet. If I eat over 6 oz of Greek Yogurt my stomach gets sour.

Good point, I love milk, however it depends on my goals. Milk works great as a weight gain supplement with a few scoops of whey. It digests nice and slow while the whey is faster, but as Flex mentioned there is a bloat that goes with it. If I am leaning out than dairy goes out the window.

I love milk and dairy products, when dieting though I can't have it in the house.

I made some of the greatest gains ever when I was drinking a quart of whole raw milk every day back in the late 80's. Don't know if I'd be chugging it at my age, but if it was still easily available, I'd be drinking it.

Raw milk is getting harder and harder to find due to the fed steppin In with new laws to prevent the ecoli breakout raw mik has every few years . But I can get a gallon for 12$. Not cheap but it's the best and all the natural enzmes and stuff I can't pronounce boost immune systems and more assimilated than a pasteurized milk with salt added to make taste drinkable .. There's some new high tech organic farmers around with more sanitary moo barns than a standard fed controlled barn.

Ya, what a shame. Back in the day, I'd go to the farm once a week and get a 6 pack of glass bottles (in a wire cage carrier). That's what I'd sit down with at dinner time. A big glass quart of raw milk, with about 2 inches of raw cream (great stuff also) sitting on top waiting to be mixed up. Ice cold.

Man, the good ol' days as they say. Wasn't expensive either.

Yeah funny you say that Marshall.I'd go over to friends farm for a night and one of his chores was milking the family cow. It was my first touch of a tit, and I think the cow liked the attention cause it'd toss out buckets a milk
.could a been my good looks turning it on..was dam fun and I got a free half gallon to take home.

What's up with this thread? Kinda weird... Not the topic but the way it was started. Like some one decided to read the back of milk carton and then paste the info on here.

Seen a few of these lately... Seems fishy
