I have tried many fad in the exercise industry. I have made nearly every mistake. At 36, I'm forgetting everything and doing bodybuilding training the right way. I am using HIT and big beyond belief both great at building lean muscle. I have found a way to accurately track my diet and get plenty of rest. I am just looking to add, in minimal effective doses, the right gear to bring my training up. I just enjoy the journey....
