Hey guys. I just got back on going to the gym after a month, and looking to kick start huge mass gains. Honestly i havn't been lifting very long..it will be 1 year in april, but here are my stats anyway. I started off 19.9%BF at 221lbs, in about 6 months time, i cut down to 11.2%BF at 214 pounds. Wierd because my weight didn't move much, but i filled out a lot. I was wondering if anyone happened to know the safest hardcore mass cycle there is out there. I heard a lot about..well you know, yet never tried them simply because i don't know enough about them. If anyone has any pointers on what not only a beginning bodybuilder should take.
