Been lifting about 10 years but got more serious after I turned 30, which was 6 years ago. Looking forward to participating in the community as much as I can.
Just some basic stats, 5'7 200 lbs. calipered at 13%
To start off i'll be creating a log for the diet i'm about to start for the next 12 or so weeks. Would love any feedback or suggestions.
