Ok so i want to increase my upper body, i would like the v-shaped look. I currently own a bench press, a lot of dumbbells, pull up bar, and a curl bar. What i want to know is how should i organize my workout plan to get the max results. I can workout 5 times a day Mon-Fri. I would like to see results in 6 months. I'm looking more for strength and bulk rather then lean and tone, I am a male
