Ok thought I would post the need to know on what each ester and it will help people decide what they need to do as far as injection time .
Acetate: The first one and the shortest acting is the acetate (e.g. trenbolone acetate). Acetate esters of any steroid delay the release of that drug for perhaps 24 to 48 hours at most. Contrary to the postulations of a now deceased guru, acetate esters do not increase the tendency for fat removal. Again, there's no known mechanism for it to do so. This ester is also found in oral Primobolan (methenolone acetate, 5-mg tablets) and rarely, it's found coupled to Testosterone.

Propionate: The next ester on the list in terms of duration of action is propionate, which is also known as pseudoacetate. Propionate esters will slow the release of a steroid for 48 to maybe 72 hours or so. To keep plasma levels constant, propionate compounds are usually injected three times weekly. Testosterone propionate is the most popular propionate steroid.

Phenylpropionate: This is also known as propionic acid phenyl ester. Phenylpropionate will extend the release of active steroid a few days longer than propionate, perhaps from 72 to 96 hours. To keep plasma levels constant, injections are given at least twice weekly. Durabolin is the drug most commonly seen with a phenylpropionate ester (nandrolone phenylpropionate) although it's also used with Testosterone in Sustanon and it's various clones.

Enanthate: Also known as "heptylate," Enanthate is one of the most popular esters used in steroid manufacturing (most commonly seen with Testosterone but is also used in other compounds like Primobolan Depot). Enanthate will release a steady level of steroid for approximately 10 to 14 days. Although in medicine, enanthate compounds are often injected on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, most bodybuilders will inject at least weekly to help maintain a uniform blood level.

Cypionate: The next ester is another really popular ester, the "cypionate" ester, also known as cyclopentylpropionate. Cypionate is perhaps the most popular Testosterone ester in the United States although it's rarely found anywhere else. Its release duration is just about identical to that of enanthate (10 to 14 days) and the two are likewise thought to be interchangeable. Typically, most bodybuilders erroneously think that cypionate is more powerful than enanthate, although in reality there's little difference between the two.

Decanoate: This is most commonly used with the hormone nandrolone (as in Deca-Durabolin) and is found in virtually all corners of the world. Testosterone decanoate is also the longest acting ester found in Sustanon, significantly increasing it's duration of action. The release time with Decanoate compounds is listed to be as long as 30 days, although in reality most athletes find that plasma levels of steroid seem to drop quite a bit after two weeks. To keep blood levels more uniform, athletes typically follow a weekly injection schedule.

Undecylenate: This ester is very similar to decanoate. Its duration is also very similar (approximately two to three weeks), perhaps extending a day more than decanoate. The undecylenate ester appears to be exclusive to the veterinary preparation Equipoise (boldenone undecylenate), although there's no reason it wouldn't work well in human-use preparations. (Equipoise certainly works fine for athletes). If anyone knows of another place where this ester is found I'd love to know about it. Weekly injections are the norm.

Undecanoate: This isn't a commonly found ester and it appears to be used only in the oral Testosterone undecanoate (Andriol) as a black market powder/injectable and oddly enough, in the nandrolone preparation Dynabolan. As this ester is chemically very similar to undecylenate, it has a similar duration (approximately two to three weeks). Although this ester is used in the oral preparation Andriol, it really doesn't work very well at delivering Testosterone, reinforcing the idea that oral administration is perhaps not the ideal way to use any long chain esterified androgens.

Laurate: Finally, there's the "laurate" ester which is sometimes (although rarely) known as dodecanoate. Laurate is the longest acting ester used in pharmaceutical steroid manufacturing (although longer acting esters certainly exist). Its duration is truly closer to one month than the other esters listed above, although realistically I'd probably expect a measurable drop in plasma level of hormone after 18 to 21 days.
Laurate is exclusively found in the veterinary nandrolone preparation Laurabolin, and perhaps seen as slightly advantageous over a decanoate ester due to a less frequent injection schedule. Again athletes will most commonly inject this drug weekly, no doubt in part due to its low concentration (25 mg/ml or 50 mg/ml).

As u notice for example if u inject 200 mg one day the next day it has declined to 180 for example the next day and so on..

Dam forgot it. Thanks MJ
Testosterone suspension is a pure ester meaning u inject 100mg of suspension u get 100mg of testosterone which compared to testosterone propionate at 100mg its actually 83mg due to ester attached.
Same goes for test no ester (tne) which is made with the same testosterone base with zero ester. . :action-smiley-036:
