If your looking for an actual meal, Id go with 1/2 cup of almonds and 6-8 oz of beef. A better choice imo would be a shake 1 cup whole milk 1 cup egg whites 1 scoop whey 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 serving of cottage cheese Blend it all together.
