Help with 2nd cycle

My first cycle consisted of 2 10 ml QV deca 300. I am 26 years old, 5'5 170lbs and about 15% body fat. I am getting ready to do my second cycle. I have 2 10ml 275mg BD andropen and 2 10 ml 250mg BD deca. I also have novaldex and clomid for pct. How much do you guys recommend for my cycle. I also have some BD winstrol and when do you guys think I should add that to my cycle.

I am not a fan of blended test but I would go 500mg for 12 weeks with the test and 400mg for 11 weeks with the deca
