MassFreak here just found this site and it looked good so I joined.I've been
lifting for 30 years and I would not change any thing about my life.I'm
currently helping my wife train for the Phoenix Marathon and the Boston
Marathon.She has to be able to run 26 miles in 2 hours to get to Boston
she currently runs it in 2 hours and 30 mins.But she has another month to
get it down to 2 hours.
