I'm getting my knee done again for the 3rd time...I have 2 tears,acl scrape and a cyst growing behind my knee cap..MRI's are wonderfull...
My ? is...I'm going to use this time to get my upper body in tune with my lower body....Mostly my arms...Can't get the fucker's to grow anymore..I'm ruling out Syntherol at this time....I have my smith machine that I bought used and bought 400lbs of york weights for.19...what a deal..
Is there gear that will help with the healing aspect of the surgery..CAn't afford growth right now...
