Has anyone ever done a glute injection then...

Had pain in their tailbone area? My last 2 shots went much smoother but strangely enough I have pain and tenderness in that area, more on the side of the last injection. Any thoughts?

The only pain i have ever expierienced from glute injections has been a big fuckin knot on my ass. other than that i havent really had any.

Make sure yor injecting int he right area (Upper outer glute area) shoot straight in, and inject slowly. Massage the area afterwards. Are you sure its not lower back pumps your experiencing?
