Hammerstrength flat bench

What's your guys and gals thots on this piece of equipment? I like it mostly for closegrip type benching due to my longer arms and height . If I was to use it for the basic bench I would need to add something under each foot of the plate loading area so my shoulders would not die from the too deep placement of the grips if that makes sense..

I have the powertec hammer strength bench and I love it...I have most all of their products now and really like them.....
